    "description_zh_hant": "過去與現在共存 重整空間格局「N24 台北方舟」原屬台電中心倉庫群之一，為日治時期台灣電力株式會社松山工場，戰後作為台灣電力公司的松山修理廠。原先，建物作為倉庫使用，因此設計上不具備良好的採光及通風條件。在理解使用機能與量體特性後，設計團隊配合東區門戶計畫而以辦公使用為設計標的，改造手法上則將倉庫量體脫開並向外延伸，讓更多自然光線打入室內；屋頂層的挑高，則讓辦公空間重新解構，垂直關係得以開展。導入新機能 回應新時代趨勢設計團隊以社群流動的概念，打破空間格局限制並規劃不定著的辦公、討論、休憩等機能空間，讓使用者能在工作時，依然能保有交流的自由度與空間。另外考量建物本身為歷史建物，設計團隊於修復中除了進行鋼構補強、制震壁施作等硬體補強外，更保存了外觀材質與整體的使用痕跡，並以鋼構為新建材料來襯托原有材質的風貌。以尊重歷史脈絡而保留部分原貌的修復手法，得以讓我們能從各種視角，看見牆面的斑駁，以及歲月所留下的足跡。另外，走上二樓進入到「區塊鏈育成中心」辦公空間，設計團隊選擇用制震壁作為點狀的結構，補足老屋年久而衍生的問題，同時也能保留原有鋼筋混凝土的構造之美。而順著光線與中庭旋轉梯，來到了頂樓屋頂區。頂樓中庭拉高的斜角量體，設計團隊利用側邊開窗的方式，讓足夠的光線得以引入中庭，而量體造型的設計上，亦呼應了「N24 台北方舟」的「方舟」意象，成為園區入口的代表意象。脈絡的延伸 社區空間再定義設計團隊藉由現今對社群連結的觀察，配合以區塊鍊中心作為辦公空間的「N24 台北方舟」，將「社區」空間的定義擴大為「社群」的互動，而不論實體或這樣的關係，也著實描繪著未來人們互動的模式，也更是發展趨勢之一。核心概念結合設計手法，空間的修復創造以 ｢ 人本」為主的建築空間，再現了空間魅力。",

    "description_en": "The building was originally one of the 台電 central warehouses. Under Japanese rule it was the Songshan plant of 台灣電力株式會社, and after the war it served as the Songshan repair plant of 台灣電力公司. Built as a warehouse, it had poor natural light and ventilation. After studying how it would be used and the character of its volume, the design team, in line with the East District Gateway Plan (東區門戶計畫), designed it for office use. The warehouse volume was split apart and extended outwards to let in more daylight, and a raised roof level reorganised the office space and opened up vertical connections.\n\nWorking from the idea of a flowing community, the team broke down fixed layouts and planned flexible spaces for work, discussion and rest, so that users keep the freedom and room to interact while working. As the building is a historic building, the restoration added steel reinforcement and seismic damping walls, while keeping the exterior materials and the marks of past use, with new steelwork setting off the original materials. Because parts of the original fabric were kept out of respect for its history, the weathered walls and marks of age can be seen from many angles.\n\nUpstairs on 2F, in the offices of the blockchain incubation centre (區塊鏈育成中心), the team used seismic damping walls as point structures to deal with problems in the ageing building while keeping the original reinforced concrete structure on show. A spiral staircase in the atrium leads up to the roof. The raised, angled volume over the top-floor atrium has windows in its sides that bring light into the atrium, and its shape echoes the ark (方舟) in the building's name, becoming the symbol of the park entrance.\n\nDrawing on observations of how people connect today, and with the building housing the blockchain centre's offices, the team widened the idea of neighbourhood space to interaction within a community. The restoration combines this core idea with its design methods to create a people-centred building.",

    "description_ja": "「N24 台北方舟」はもと台電の中央倉庫群の一つで、日本統治時代には台湾電力株式会社の松山工場、戦後は台湾電力公司の松山修理工場でした。倉庫として建てられたため、採光と通風の条件がよくありませんでした。使い方と建物の量感の特性を理解したうえで、設計チームは東区門戸計画に合わせて事務所としての利用を目標に設計しました。倉庫の建物を切り離して外側へ延ばし、より多くの自然光が室内に入るようにしました。屋上階を高くしたことで事務空間が組み立て直され、上下のつながりが生まれました。\n\n設計チームは人の流れとコミュニティという考え方から、固定的な間取りの制約をなくし、仕事、打ち合わせ、休憩などのための固定されない空間を計画しました。働きながらも交流の自由とゆとりを保てるようにするためです。また、建物が歴史建築であることから、修復では鉄骨による補強や制震壁の設置などの構造補強を行うとともに、外観の素材や使われてきた痕跡を残し、新しい素材として鉄骨を使って元の素材の風合いを引き立てました。歴史を尊重して元の姿の一部を残したため、まだらになった壁や年月の跡をさまざまな角度から見ることができます。\n\n2階のブロックチェーン育成センター（区塊鏈育成中心）の事務空間では、設計チームは制震壁を点状の構造として使い、古い建物の経年による問題を補うとともに、元の鉄筋コンクリート構造の美しさを残しました。光に導かれるように中庭のらせん階段を上ると屋上に出ます。最上階の中庭の上に高く立ち上がる斜めのボリュームには側面に窓があり、中庭に十分な光を取り込みます。その形は「N24 台北方舟」の「方舟」のイメージにも呼応し、園区入口の象徴となっています。\n\n設計チームは現代の人のつながり方の観察をもとに、ブロックチェーンセンターの事務所が入る「N24 台北方舟」に合わせて、「社区」（地域）の空間という考え方を「社群」（コミュニティ）の交流へと広げました。この中心となる考え方と設計手法を組み合わせ、修復によって人を中心とした建築空間を生み出しています。",
