It was built in 1987 and first named Wentong Park, and it covers 1,180 square metres. Its name was later changed from Wentong Park to Tonghua Park. Wenchang Street, outside the park, is Taipei's well-known \"furniture street\", lined with shops selling all kinds of furniture. Not far away is Linjiang Street Night Market, which has Hakka cultural roots and is a well-known Taipei night market with all kinds of snacks.\n\nSeasonal flowers are planted at the entrance and change with the seasons.
