About
The Taiwan Design Museum was the first museum in the Chinese-speaking world with design as its exhibition focus, and opened in 2011. Its collection holds classic design pieces important to Taiwan and to the history of design. It holds occasional themed exhibitions across disciplines, showing design trends in Taiwan and abroad and winners of major design awards. Through its exhibitions and design events it promotes everyday aesthetics and education in design.
