At the end of Dahu Shanzhuang Street in Neihu District, Taipei, near MRT Dahu Park Station, the park is a green belt that combines urban flood control, natural habitats and leisure paths. It uses near-natural engineering methods to create wetlands and waterside paths, bringing the stream and forest close to the city.

Flowers bloom along the stream in every season, and fireflies may be seen from April to May. The waterside path has a gentle surface with waterside platforms and pavilions and follows the clear stream, giving easy access to the water. It suits families with children and older walkers. The wetland supports many native Taiwanese plants and animals, such as the Taiwan blue magpie and damselflies. The route can be extended to Baishihu Suspension Bridge and Yuanjue Waterfall. Besides protecting the city from flooding, the park serves as an outdoor nature classroom. Bring sun protection; a picnic mat is also useful for a rest.
