About
The park runs along the Keelung River between Dazhi Bridge and the Zhongshan Freeway and covers about 42.3 hectares. It was laid out after the Keelung River was straightened.

It has sports facilities including tennis, badminton, volleyball and basketball courts and an inline skating rink, for the recreation of local residents. By day there are views of Dazhi Bridge and the Grand Hotel, and aircraft pass overhead from time to time. At night Dazhi Bridge and the riverbank are lit up. The park also has a 'natural waterside bay' area, which increases species diversity and uses plants to absorb pollutants and clean the water. It gives residents a place for nature education and for enjoying the natural landscape, unlike the facilities of other riverside parks.
