This plaza between the 新光三越 A9 and A11 buildings in Xinyi District is at the heart of the busy commercial area and is where visitors and local residents most often gather. Besides being a shopping spot, it is a centre for many kinds of activity.

Its multi-purpose open space regularly hosts company promotions, artists' signing sessions and fan meetings, exhibitions and other large events where businesses and artists meet the public, and at festivals it is especially lively with events. Street performers and musicians appear here from time to time. It is also a place to rest: when you are tired of shopping you can find a seat here. The plaza is spacious and has greenery.
