The hall reopened on 9 December 2007. It has a main exhibition hall (about 40 ping, about 132 m²) and a side exhibition room (about 27 ping, about 89 m²), and a green garden of 296 ping (about 979 m²).

Besides holding art exhibitions from time to time, it can be booked by residents for exhibitions of painting, ceramics, photography and more, open to the public. The hall has a 'Museum Beitou' guide booklet introducing nearby cultural sights: Yangmingshan National Park, the Ketagalan Culture Centre, the 琉園 crystal museum, the 鳳甲 art museum, Meiting, the Beitou Hot Spring Museum and the Beitou Cultural Relics Museum.
