The underground mall is 725 metres long and links Zhongxiao Fuxing and Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT stations, with 17 entrances and seven plazas. It is divided into six main sections: lifestyle goods, fashion, trend boutiques, cosmetics and accessories, electronics, and food.

Its exits connect to nearby shopping areas and plazas, such as department stores, Dinghao Plaza, the Tongling shopping area and Longmen Plaza. At the entrances by Dinghao and Longmen plazas, 'waterfall' and 'fountain' decorative artworks draw on local history and geography, including the Liugong Canal and the shopping district.
