It began as the Guanghua Holiday Jade Market beside the old Guanghua Market and moved to its present site in 1989. Goods on sale include antique Chinese jade of historical value, crystal, Taiwan jade from Taiwan's east coast, religious objects and ornaments, as well as jewellery such as pearls and agate. Each piece of jade and each antique has its own story, showing the skill of jade craftsmanship and the deep feeling for jade and its symbolism in Eastern culture.
