About
Raohe Street Night Market is not large, and its stalls are closely packed, so regular visitors can quickly find the stalls they want. There are two entrances, each with an ornate gilded archway and the owl emblem that is the market's mascot. One entrance has a bronze owl statue; the other is at the junction of Section 4 of Bade Road and Raohe Street, beside Songshan Ciyou Temple. Foods include oyster vermicelli, braised pork intestines, pork ribs stewed with Chinese medicinal herbs (eaten in winter as a tonic), Dongshan duck heads and other braised snacks, crab legs and crab meat, and old-style douhua (tofu pudding).
