About
The park takes its name from the Waishuangxi and Neishuangxi streams, which flow from north to south and meet in Shilin. It stands at the junction of Fulin Road and Zhishan Road, on the route from Shilin to Yangmingshan, the National Palace Museum and the Neishuangxi and Waishuangxi areas.

Completed in 1974, it has about 2 hectares open to the public and is a garden with a natural landscape of hills and water. The ground is flat and triangular, laid out in the manner of a Chinese garden with a natural look. Covered walkways connect a pavilion in the middle of the pond, a waterside pavilion, a grotto, a zigzag bridge and an artificial hill with a waterfall.
