About
The centre is in the Maokong area and was completed in 1985. It has a tea exhibition area explaining how tea is made, how to taste it and other tea knowledge, and a tea art teaching area offering explanations and lessons.

An outdoor teaching area on the hill behind the centre is planted with osmanthus, camellias, cherry trees, green maples and other plants, and has a family play area, a tea garden, an ecological pond, a weather observation area and an artificial rain erosion tank that teach visitors about soil and water conservation and why it matters. The centre combines agriculture, daily life, culture and leisure, and introduces the tea industry and tea culture of the Muzha area. It holds tea experience events such as tea picking, tea art lessons and tea snack making. Guided tours cover tea art, the tea garden and local ecology.
